Very limited, not designed well, WAY overpriced On the plus side this thing feels fairly solid and attaches well giving me confidence.However, there’s just too much wrong. First, this thing basically is only good for swinging. They have videos of them doing some stuff with the kettlebell racked but if you look at the picture there is a sharp ridge right where it contacts your wrist which makes it horribly painful to hold in this position. If this edge was rounded (and I see no reason for it not to be) it would maybe be worth it…
Money saver for your workouts/home gym This works as good as a normal kettlebell for many of the same workouts. Look on You Tube for ideas and a demo. It is less than buying a set (you would need at least a 30lb, 45lb and 60lb in your set) and with the KettleClamp; it will fit on any dumbell. If your home or paid gym has dumbells; you can get a great kettlebell workout.The constuction is solid and it seems this Clamp will last for many years. I am suprised more people did not buy this product. The shipping was fast…
