Review : Awesome quality & a must have!
This sandbag is of the most durable quality! The velcro is industrial strength on the interior filler bags, it is meant for sand but I used wheat as I was worried the sand particles may leak out. Nothing will get out of that velcro it is superburb. The flexibility is great as it is so easy to add and remove additional weight to the bad. I am attending boot camp classes so it is all outdoors & the bag is very durable & so handy to have. There are so many different exercises that can be done with it. I have not yet had a chance to review the video that came with the sandbag, but the poster is handy at demonstrating proper form/technique.
