Review : good quality kettlebell
Bought 2 one month ago as a starter (I’m 53 years old). The bells look nice and feel well-built. I’m sure they will last for a long time. I hold it to mostly do wind mill exercise. For other exercise I use a set of 10, 15 and 20 lbs which I bought at Walmart. Now my 10-year old son use them to do hand raise. I highly recommend it for starter and old guys like me.
