Good product – cautionary tale of bruising. I ordered this kettle bell (block) because it is adjustable and would allow me to increase the intensity of my workout without having to keep buying a new, heavier kettle bell. And it was priced in my budget range. It works exactly as advertised and is adjustable from 5, 8, 12, 16, 20 pounds.
