This program is great I bought the 6 week body transformation. I have been using this system for several weeks and I feel fantastic. I have lost inches. My jeans fit again again and my posture has improved. I am only 40 years old but have lupus and arthritis and I can do this program. Actually, my joint pain has improved dramatically. Excellent Program – that works Let me start with some NEGATIVES that you might have read from other reviews:CUT AND PASTE:”through out the whole video series you will observe that the warm-up and cool down is identical in every video, be it core, resistance and cardio. Also you will notice that the 2nd and 3rd sets are just the first set spliced into the appropriate place.” This cut and paste are OK for me.
