Kettlebud Is Very Cost Effective and Very High Quality Very pleased with the Kettlebud. Handle is a nice texture, feels good, and gives a good grip, yet allows handle to twist in hand without being rough on hand. Perfect size for two hands, fine for one hand. The ability to add weight incrementally is a really useful feature. Kettlebells do not allow that. I have ordered a second Kettlebud. With good quality kettlebells costing about $3.00/lb, the Kettlebud is a very cost effective product. I went from 15 lbs. to 25 lbs. to 35 lbs. to now 45 lbs…

Good for one handed exercises This as a solid piece of exercise equipment that I really enjoy using. So much that I purchased a second one after receiving my first order so that I can do exercises that requires two kettlebells at the same time. My only complaint is that the photo that shows the two hands on the handle would make you think the handle is pretty wide. It is not!! The person in the photo must have very small hands.
