Great Workout!! This is a great dvd. The moves are basic-if you know the swing, snatch and clean, you can do this video. There are over twenty workouts based on your fitness level and time constraints. If you are seeking a basic (by basic I mean basic moves) dvd this is the one to get. Highly recommended.
Great! Easy and quick work out DVD, DVD has short 15-20 minute workouts that tones your body and make u lose weight. Been doing it for about 3 weeks now and I already dropped 8 pounds. I work out 3 times a week.
