A Good Strong Soft “Kettlebag.” I bought two of these from the company’s website. I filled them with exactly 45 pounds of playground sand and used them the next day. They are made of sturdy material and come with an internal bag that wraps over with double velcro and folds over into place, secured with a heavy zippered “lid” under the connected plastic handle. The handle is strong and doesn’t seem like it would break. It won’t fit more than 45 pounds of sand. Their website sells an insert that can be filled with water if you…
