If you are going to use it for traction, I would suggest a heavier model. This kettlebell lives in my closet, along with my Bicep Bomber, and my Perfect Push Ups. I bought it after watching some Soviet iron man kettlebell workout video on Youtube. Logically, I thought “Oh I could do that workout”, even though I get winded just running down the street chasing the UPS guy when he rings the doorbell and then windsprints back to his truck after leaving a “sorry we missed you” slip a on my doorknob in the 4 seconds it takes me to get to the front door. Good product for one arm workouts The product, itself, is good. The grip is perfect for one arm exercises, but a little cramped for both hands. I’m a physically active woman who was coming back from a long period of not really working out, but once I got used to the mechanism of kettle bell swings, the 15lb was way too light for me and not very physically taxing. Should have bought the 25 lb.
Great Kettlebell! This kettlebell is great! I spent a lot of time looking at reviews on google for “top kettlebells” and found a lot of the kettlebells on the writer’s list got TERRIBLE reviews on amazon. This j fit kb wasn’t even on the “top Kettlebell” list. But it’s great! I’m no workout novice and lift free weights/do circuit training 3x a week and this 15lb is heavier than imagined. if you are a beginner, go 10 or less!
