Keep the drudgery out of your workouts with this cool interval timer and a good HIIT plan. Interval training is the best way to get that ugh nasty cardio over and done with. Cardio probably is my least favorite form of exercise.

Timer works but the alerts are weak I’m a Galloway run/walker and I have a Gymboss timer but I was excited to try out this Hiitboss and compare the two. Unfortunately, I’m not really impressed. The loud beep on this one is quieter than the quiet beep on the Gymboss. The quiet beep on this one is barely audible at all. The buzz from the vibrate function is louder than the quiet beep. Which brings me to the vibrate function. You can hear it rumble, but you can’t really feel it much. I used this for a run today and I started with it…
