WONDERFUL!! Love this workout video! It is a very complete workout; it incorporates yoga, boot camp, kick boxing, plyometrics and strength moves. The instructor is motivating and pleasant. The kettlebell work out is 20 minutes long and the cardio portion is about 50 minutes, making for a wonderfully long and challenging work out if done at once. I highly recommend this video. I can tell that I have become stronger and more cardiovascularly conditioned because of it.

good exercise routine I’m new to kettlebells and this dvd is a good introduction to how they are used. I also liked the cardiopump section. A good supplement to my routines. I’m a big Cathe fan but this is a nice changeup. Brook is easy to follow and gives a couple of intensity options to her routines.

very hard I was sore all over after completing this workout–I I think it has too many squats–I love extreme workouts but I could not move my body for a week after working with this lady
