Great DVD This DVD is made for beginners and intermediate, however a more advanced user could easily adapt the routines to their level. The set is 2 DVDs. DVD one is an instructional DVD that covers beginning and intermediate kettlebell and bodyweight exercises. Mark de Grasse is an excellent instructor. DVD two is the workout DVD. Content is great. Production and editing leave quite a bit to be desired though. First off, if you’re looking for a solid beginner / intermediate level kettlebell program, look no further. The content is great. The workouts are well put together, easy to follow, and deliver results.I want to leave 5 stars but I really find myself getting frustrated at the production and editing. There are times where Mark literally says one sentence, the scene is cut, a pause happens, then the next sentence is said. This repeats over and over and over. Other times, the…
