this is a toy, not a KB I bought two of these because the price was good (20# KB) but they are huge in comparison to cast iron KBs, ridiculously huge! The plastic coating has a big seam around the handle that will hinder performance and may hurt your hands. I recommend the CAP cast iron KBs, and will be getting 2 20# iron KBs when I get credited for the return. I have a 35# CAP iron KB and it is great…
Entry Level kettelbel that you will quickly upgrade. The good thing about the CAP kettelbell is the design. It brings you in to buy it. I think that the iron kettelbell with the wide grip are smoother through the weights movement and safer, because CAP’s cement bell is too fat at the base to properly do moves that require the bell to rotate on its handle and lay flat on the wrist after moving.
