The good thing about the CAP kettelbell is the design. It brings you in to buy it. I think that the iron kettelbell with the wide grip are smoother through the weights movement and safer, because CAP’s cement bell is too fat at the base to properly do moves that require the bell to rotate on its handle and lay flat on the wrist after moving. The impact velocity is hard to avoid, ouch. But for getting me into the sport, and it’s ability to do other kettelbell movements. I gave you all that I can give, and thank you.
