Training with the CAP Barbell 20 lb. Black Cement Kettlebell develops strength, power, endurance, and balance. Working out with kettlebells will sculpt and tone the entire body because lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the entire body, and specifically the core, to contract as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time. Kettlebell workouts engage multiple muscle groups at once. They are a great option for getting a whole body workout in a short time. These kettlebells are cement filled and vinyl coated, providing a more economical choice over the traditional cast iron made kettlebells. Best price on Amazon but… Nice kettle bell but it has one major flaw, it’s poured concrete! It’s size is enormous! Photo included I got a pair of 20 lb CAP kettlebells. They are made of concrete with a vinyl exterior casing. Concrete requires more material than iron so they are larger. I didn’t think this thru and I feel kinda stoopid because they are larger than I expected. All that said; great value. I would buy these again. They are doing wonders for strengthening my core. The second thing I did not like is the handle, which seems way too big for a 20 lbs kettlebell. I also don’t like the seam (i.e. when plastic is molded together) that runs along the inner part of the handle because it rubs…
